Legal Aid's most critical need is for attorneys to serve our clients. During this crisis, family violence, evictions, and foreclosures are on the rise, and people are being denied access to benefits. We do not have enough lawyers to represent every deserving client. You can help!
Whether you have given in the past or feel moved to do so this year, we wanted to let you know of an exciting addition this year: the matching gift fund. These popular programs leverage donors' gifts through a dollar-for-dollar match. So $50 gifts will be amplified to $100 through the match program.
This year, NTGD is September 23, with early giving starting September 1. If you wish to participate in our matching fund campaign, please do so no later than August 27. If you've given in the past, we thank you for your participation in this annual campaign. Your support of our matching fund pool will help encourage others to rise to the challenge on September 23.
We invite you to join in and help Legal Aid reach $7,500 of its 2021 goal of $25,000. With your help, we can do it! Please click the "Donate" button to make your matching fund gift today, or you can email us at events@lanwt.org to make a pledge, payable by September 23. For more information, visit NorthTexasGivingDay.org or contact Sam Prince at (817) 339-5334 or PrinceS@lanwt.org.
